WHO: All Wind Ensemble and Marching Band members are eligible and encouraged to go on the trip.

WHEN: Spring Break 2010. We will depart Saturday, April 3rd and return Thursday, April 8th.
COST: We are now estimating the cost to be $1400.00. Depending on the final number of travelers, it could be a few dollars more or less.
PAYMENTS:
Remaining payments will be due on the following schedule:
November 16th: $300.00
January 15th: $300.00
February15th: Balance of cost (amount depends on final cost)
Checks should be made payable to WKHS BAND BOOSTERS and turned into Mr. Nathan. Please use the PAYMENT COUPON by clicking on the link below.
Please Note: If for any reason, you have trouble making the payments as outlined above, ESPECIALLY the September payment, please contact Mr. Nathan ASAP. Our boosters are willing to work with you.
FUNDRAISING: We understand that in our current economic climate there are challenges in making this work. We strongly encourage our families to use our scrip program to raise funds for this trip. Details of this program are on the FUNDRAISING page.
CHAPERONES: We will need several parents to travel with us and act as chaperones. Please contact Mr. Nathan if you wish to chaperone.
