For 2026 Members….

Please use the appropriate Google Form link to report any known rehearsal conflicts for pre-camp, band camp, post-camp, and regular season rehearsals. Additional details regarding this process were sent via email. If you previously emailed conflicts and received a response from staff, those dates are already logged and do NOT need to be re-submitted. This process has already been implemented for Color Guard; it is now being introduced for Winds and Percussion.
